Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance. After the cancellation period, we have the right to charge for half the amount of your service booked.
All appointments are given a period of 10 minute grace period. After 10 minutes lateness, your treatment may be cut short at the discretion of the practioner.
